  • You can message our administrative team, insurance coordinator, or your counselor. This is only for non-urgent / non-emergency communication.

If you are experiencing an immediate crisis, please call our office at (423) 587-9339 to be directed to our on-call service (after business hours only). Or we recommend that you call 911 or 988 to the suicide and crisis lifeline. 

* A friendly reminder: for any cancellation requests or schedule changes, we ask that you please give our office at least a 24 hour notice in order to avoid any fees.
