Janette Neufville serves as the Office Manager at Wellsprings Counseling Group. Previously, she served as a consultant, a project manager, a college administrator, an analyst, and various roles within information technology. A recurring theme in her work has been to understand and correct big-picture issues and trends through clear, detailed actions, especially to improve effectiveness of mission-oriented work.  

An Engineering degree frames her thinking, and she utilizes systems, compliance, accountability, and good customer service to make a difference for customers. To sharpen her skills in these areas, she became a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence. 

Janette values supporting leadership professionally and in ministry. Her work enthusiasm has earned her numerous awards for customer service and teamwork, and even a “Passion for the Work” award. She is devoted to prayer, and care for her family and container plants.
