Wendi Keaton-Ellenberger

Wendi earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families experience healing, restore hope, and build stronger, healthier relationships.

Wendi has a special passion for working with couples who feel disconnected, struggle with communication, or are rebuilding trust after betrayal. She believes that every relationship has the potential for growth when both partners are willing to understand one another with honesty, compassion, and grace. Her goal is to help couples move from conflict and emotional distance to deeper connection, safety, and lasting intimacy.

Her counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, attachment-based interventions, and Christian faith when desired by the client. Wendi has completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 Training and is a certified SYMBIS (“Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts”) facilitator. She draws from evidence-based relationship research to help couples improve communication, resolve conflict, strengthen emotional connection, and develop practical tools for a thriving marriage.

As a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, Wendi provides counseling for adolescents, adults, couples, families, and those preparing for marriage. She has been serving clients at Wellsprings Counseling since 2022 and is committed to creating a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward lasting change.
